We’re a high-volume, well-organized automotive shop in Raleigh with steady workflow, strong support, and zero chaos. This role is built for technicians who want consistent production work without the headaches of heavy diagnostics, endless comebacks, or waiting around for tickets.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is centered around efficient production mechanical work, including:

• Brakes
• Suspension
• Alignments
• Tires
• Fluids
• Hoses & belts
• A/C service
• General maintenance and parts replacement

No heavy diagnostics. No major engine tear-downs. No guesswork. Just steady work that keeps your flag hours moving.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical repair background
• Experience working in a full-service shop environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be insurable for test drives

Bonus Points For:

• ASE Certifications (A1–A8)
• NC State Inspection License

Important Requirement:

• No DUI/DWI convictions within the last 10 years

PTO Structure

• Year 1: Prorated 2 weeks after 90 days
• Years 2–5: 2 weeks annually
• 5+ years: 3 weeks + $5,000 vacation stipend
