B-Level Automotive Technician

Location: 20 Creamery Way, Emmitsburg, MD 21727

Pay: $39.00 – $48.25 per flat-rate hour + production bonuses

Dynamic Automotive is hiring a B-Level Automotive Technician focused on production repair work.

This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys steady R&R work and a productive shop environment without micromanagement.

Pay & Compensation

• $39/hr base flat rate

• Up to $48.25/hr with ASE certifications

• Retroactive production bonus: $1.85 – $5.00/hr

• Competitive earning potential based on productivity

Responsibilities

• Perform removal and replacement repairs (R&R)

• Complete maintenance and repair services efficiently

• Maintain 30–35 flagged hours per week

• Assist with diagnostics when needed

• Work collaboratively with the team
