Jesse's Garage is seeking a productive B-Level or strong C-Level Automotive Technician to join its busy, high-volume repair shop in Sarasota, FL.

The shop provides the consistent workflow needed for productive technicians to maximize their earning potential and continue developing their skills.

Top-performing technicians can earn up to $40/hour, with annual earning potential of $85,000–$110,000+ based on productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns using sound mechanical and diagnostic practices.
• Perform brake, steering, suspension, drivability, and general mechanical repairs.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity, with the expectation of reliably producing 45+ flagged hours per week.
• Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or workmanship.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused, high-volume shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Must be a productive technician capable of reliably producing 45+ flagged hours per week.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume repair environment.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to both productivity and quality workmanship.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
