• $30-$40/hour Flat Rate

• Earn approximately $70,000-$80,000+ annually as production grows

What You'll Be Doing

This role focuses primarily on preventative maintenance and general repair, including:

• Suspension

• Steering

• Brakes

• Alignments

• Shocks & Struts

• Preventative maintenance

• Differential services

• Engine bolt-ons

• Basic electrical repairs

• A/C & Heating repairs

• Vehicle inspections

• Light diagnostics

You'll work on domestic, Asian, European and fleet vehicles while producing approximately 40-45 flag hours per week

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience REQUIRED

• Own professional tools

• Valid driver's license

• General repair experience

• Basic to intermediate diagnostics

• ASE Certifications preferred

• DVI experience preferred

• Team player with a positive attitude
