This position is designed for a technician who can handle more than entry-level maintenance and wants the opportunity to continue growing.

The Ford location services approximately 90-95% domestic vehicles, giving technicians consistent exposure to domestic repair work.
Prior dealership or Ford experience is not required. Technicians coming from independent repair shops are encouraged to apply.

Germain Ford operates a large, high-volume facility with approximately 41 bays and 41 lifts, giving technicians the space and vehicle flow needed to stay productive. You'll also have access to an extensive shop tool room, service advisors, and experienced leadership.
The facility is both heated and air-conditioned, and technicians have access to paid training and ASE reimbursement to continue advancing their careers.
For candidates outside the immediate area, relocation and toolbox relocation assistance are available.
