【探索者】产品策划主管（B端平台方向） 职责描述： 1.负责充电运营SaaS平台相关产品设计和规划； 2.能够独立进行产品的需求调研和分析，明确定义以及需求价值，输出业务规则和产品方案； 3.负责产品需求特性的策划，详细设计和交付，对产品目标和最终效果负责； 4.负责行业和竞品调研，研究行业创新的产品形态； 5.建立数据指标，并基于数据分析和用户反馈持续迭代优化，不断增强产品特色和竞争力，重视用户体验。
职位要求
任职要求： 1、本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、0-3年产品经验，有SaaS产品研发及上线后迭代经验； 3、有独立负责过从0到1搭建系统的优先；有过车厂或充电企业经验者优先； 4、有ai项目落地、业财结算经验为加分项； 5、具有较好的数据分析能力，可以根据分析结果对产品进行调整及改进； 6、具有较强的抗压能力、学习能力。
