We are seeking an experienced Azure Consultant to support the design and implementation of an enterprise-scale AI Foundation Platform for a leading regional bank.
Successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, cloud engineers, data teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services.
Job Description
AI Solution Consulting & Delivery
- Engage business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Support the development of AI adoption roadmaps and solution recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise AI and GenAI solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
AI Platform & Solution Development
Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise AI capabilities, including:
- AI-ready data platforms and data integration
- Embedding models and vector databases
- Knowledge management and Ground Truth frameworks
- Prompt engineering and prompt management
- Model governance and version control
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Semantic search capabilities
- Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows
- AI monitoring, observability, and performance tracking
- AI governance, security, and compliance controls
- LLMOps practices and operational frameworks
Azure AI Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Azure AI technologies including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Design and implement reusable AI components and accelerators.
- Support the development of AI-powered business solutions such as:
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with client stakeholders and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on best practices, solution design considerations, and implementation approaches.
- Support solution reviews, user acceptance testing, and production deployment activities.
- Contribute to project documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and capability development.
Required Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise applications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI initiatives.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong understanding of:
- Experience working in consulting, system integration, or technology services environments.
- Experience delivering projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
