Job Description


As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency

  • Configure and manage networking components including VNets, NSGs, VPNs, and Load Balancers

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated and consistent deployments

  • Manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory and RBAC

  • Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across cloud environments

  • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure seamless delivery

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with strong focus on Azure

  • Hands-on expertise in Azure core services: Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking

  • Experience with Azure networking services including VNet, Load Balancer, and VPN

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or ARM templates)

  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management (AAD, RBAC)

  • Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Subnets, VPN)

  • Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions

  • Basic scripting skills using PowerShell or Bash

You should possess the ability to:

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)

  • Apply cloud security best practices and compliance standards

  • Work in hybrid cloud environments (on-premises and Azure integration)

  • Optimize cloud cost and implement governance strategies

  • Administer Linux and Windows servers

  • Work with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible

  • Adapt to fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
