This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Macquarie Park, with an early January start.

  • Configure and maintain agent pools, service connections and environments
  • Assess routine change requests and apply agreed standards and governance processes
  • Support reporting, data quality and platform integrations
  • Assist with maintaining and improving automation using Logic Apps
  • Administer tools including Lucid and Smartsheet
  • Support the retirement of Confluence and Jira and transition users to endorsed tools
  • Contribute to documentation, reference material and guidance for delivery teams
  • Provide support and advice to users of Azure DevOps and related delivery tools

What You'll Bring

  • Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Practical experience using Azure DevOps as either an Administrator or Power User
  • Strong GitHub administration experience will also be highly regarded
  • Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps organisations, projects, permissions, inherited processes, work item types and workflows
  • Understanding of repositories, pipelines, agent pools, service connections and environments
  • Experience supporting platform administration, configuration or governance activities
  • Understanding of access controls, security groups, Entra ID and least-privilege principles
  • Experience supporting security remediation or access review activities
  • Ability to work independently on day-to-day administration while escalating complex or high-risk changes when required
  • Strong attention to detail and an interest in maintaining platform quality and consistency
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset
  • Exposure to Logic Apps, Power Automate or similar automation tools will be highly regarded
  • Python development experience will be highly regarded
