Mandatory Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance organizational Azure DevOps process template. This also involves complimentary tools and extensions
  • Resolve issues in current environment, and implement features and improvements based on business requirements.
  • Deliver consulting and training sessions related to Azure DevOps, associated tools, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Support stakeholders in understanding, adopting, and effectively applying Azure DevOps solution in an agile (SAFe) manner.
  • Handle process template migrations (e.g., moving projects from on-prem XML-based templates to inherited process model).
  • Configure work item states, transitions, and rules to match team workflows.
Desired Qualification and Experience
  • B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech/ MSc (Computer Science)
  • Good understanding of Azure DevOps server/service custom process template handling.
  • Around 4 to 6 years of experience in handling Azure DevOps & strong understanding of Agile, Scrum & Kanban methodologies.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Basic XML knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps pipelines and processes.
  • C# development.
  • PowerShell scripting.
