Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data sets to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate complex data analyses to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Data Modelling and Transformation: Design, implement, and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data used for analysis and reporting.
• Identify Data Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver insights that align with their business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and engineering. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Data Security & Compliance: Implement, maintain, and monitor data security and privacy measures on data platform.
• Cross-functional Supports: Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
• Operational supports: Maintain and support day to day operational on data platform, including:
• Monitoring data pipelines, databases, and analytical processes to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues, performance bottleneck, and data quality problems promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in data platform, data analytics or relevant projects.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a track record of translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to create compelling data visualizations and reports.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, SAS, or R for data analysis and data engineering tasks.
• Prior experience as a Data Engineer, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, or equivalent) and data storage technologies (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases).
• Having prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SSIS, or Ali Cloud (Dataphin) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certified in Tableau Data Analyst, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, SnowPro (Snowflake), Databricks or equivalent.
