Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture frameworks, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability Azure cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and migration plans.
• Develop and document cloud architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost optimization standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cloud engineers and developers.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Azure cloud architecture or engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of Azure services such as Azure Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, and Monitoring.
• Solid grasp of networking, identity, and access management principles (Azure AD, RBAC, NSGs, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Exam IDs: AZ-305, AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Exam ID: AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Security Engineer Associate (Exam ID: AZ-500)
