Job Description
- Manage and maintain Azure subscriptions, ensuring proper configuration and governance. - Oversee Azure storage solutions, including Blob Storage, File Storage, and managed disks. - Support and manage SaaS applications hosted on Azure, ensuring seamless integration and performance. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud resources and data. - Monitor and manage cloud costs, optimizing resource allocation to stay within budget. - Automate cloud operations using tools such as Azure Automation and PowerShell. - Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for storage and subscription resources. - Manage cloud backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. - Collaborate with SaaS vendors to address and resolve service-related issues. - Provide support for cloud-related incidents and service requests, troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Document cloud infrastructure configurations and procedures, focusing on subscription and storage management. - Provide training and support to IT staff on Azure subscription and storage best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and features, recommending and implementing new solutions as appropriate. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations related to cloud usage. - Participate in on-call rotation for cloud infrastructure support. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, platform management, or system integration within a shared service center. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform and integration technologies. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar Proven experience in managing Azure subscriptions and storage solutions. - Strong understanding of SaaS application management in a cloud environment. - Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and tools. - Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI). - Knowledge of cloud storage concepts and technologies.
