As an Azure AI Engineer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality work, while coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the interactions within complex systems, mentor junior staff, and address conflicts or issues with clients and team members. Your growing business knowledge will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, coding, and testing of innovative software applications to drive digital transformation
• Managing software development projects, confirming successful planning, budgeting, and execution
• Guiding teams in the application of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C# to develop and maintain software solutions
• Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to enhance business performance
• Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software designs
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage innovation in software engineering
• Promoting the use of modern software development frameworks and tools, including React Native and Spring Boot
• Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to optimize software functionality and user experience

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
