Deshalb lernst Du die anderen Azubis bereits bei unserem Pre-Onboarding-Tag kennen. So siehst Du vor Deinem Start schon ein paar bekannte Gesichter.
Deine Ausbildung beginnt anschließend mit unserem Azubi Welcome Day. Du lernst V-LINE, Deine Ausbildungsabteilung und wichtige Ansprechpersonen kennen und bekommst alles, was Du für Deinen Start brauchst.
Auch danach lassen wir Dich nicht allein: Regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche helfen Dir dabei, Dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Ein digitales Lerntool unterstützt Dich zusätzlich bei Deiner Prüfungsvorbereitung und macht Deine Fortschritte sichtbar.
Und besonders wichtig:
Wir bilden Dich aus, damit Du bleibst. Eine Übernahme nach Deiner Ausbildung ist unser gemeinsames Ziel.
