Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):

As a Senior Admissions Fellow, you will maintain your original Admissions Fellow duties while additionally serving as a leader on general office operations, special projects, event days, and Saturday campus visits. Specific higher-level tasks and projects vary, and are largely guided by your strengths, interests, and professional goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide campus tours to prospective students and their guests
• Assist with reception/hospitality operations
• Perform office and campus visit organizational tasks
• Communicate with prospective students via email, phone, and text message, as well as in person
• Provide support for large event days
• Collaborate with Admissions Office staff on projects as assigned
• Independently facilitate Saturday campus visit programming

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

• At least one year of experience working as an Admissions Fellow or equivalent experience
• Recommendation by the Campus Visit Team
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to positive and professional interactions with prospective students, families, and colleagues
• Strong sense of initiative and self-direction, paired with an aptitude for collaboration
• Awareness of the needs and aspirations of a highly selective, residential, liberal arts college
• Experience using data and technology that contributes to a data-informed enrollment environment
• Positive attitude, sense of humor, and the ability to lead by example
