of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Lion’s Pause Student Reservations Organizer oversees space reservations for events in the Pause, serving as a connection point between event organizers, venue staff, and Pause Techs. The Lion’s Pause Student Reservations Organizer ensures that information is communicated in a timely and efficient manner between all parties when preparing for events in the Pause.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a member of the Pause Executive Committee and attend all required meetings.
Enforce Pause Scheduling Policy through the booking of event requests.
Lead and organize the weekly Pause scheduling meeting.
Act as the main liaison between the Lion’s Pause and event contacts.
Monitor and analyze Pause operational data, monitoring organization charges.
Approve/create events in Presence, 25Live, and Pause Google calendar with relevant info for Managers
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Experience working within the Pause or equivalent experience is preferred.
