Description of the Position (Purpose of the Position):

To assist Taylor Center staff with the management of international student documentation, special projects, and sessions related to international student support and services.

• Provide support and assist with problem solving

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scan, link, proof and purge confidential documents
• Check individual immigration student files for accuracy and completeness
• Help facilitate and assist at international student information sessions (OPT, Taxes, etc.)
• Help facilitate and assist at Taylor Center events (Senior Celebration, etc.)
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

• Ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, and accurate
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with F-1 and J-1 immigration documents
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
