Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a talented AX- 29 Advisory Knowledge Management Lead to join our team. This role involves utilizing strong project management and negotiation capabilities, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking to drive knowledge sharing and learning within our organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies.
• Facilitate leadership discussions to align on strategic directions for knowledge initiatives.
• Manage resources effectively in a virtual environment.
• Adapt to changing environments and prioritize competing tasks efficiently.
• Develop creative solutions for effective knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
• Set high standards for quality and performance in knowledge management processes.
• Drive a goal-oriented approach to knowledge management practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism, or related field.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred (MBA, Knowledge Management, MIS, Library/Information Sciences, Organizational Behavior, Psychology).
• 6-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years specifically in knowledge management.
• Experience in a global professional services organization.
• Consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space preferred.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient in relationship management and interpersonal communication.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
• Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
