Job Summary

We are seeking an AX-23 Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure operations and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, along with 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure operations, including network, end-user computing, data center/cloud, or NOC operations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Present Service Level Reviews and lead client governance meetings.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Utilize solid business acumen to understand managed services commercial models and delivery economics.
• Implement ITIL practices and run operations at scale.
• Act as a senior escalation leader during major incidents, handling executive stakeholder communication under pressure.
• Coordinate operations across multiple countries or regions.
• Provide clear and confident operational performance presentations to senior client leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Experience in service delivery management and client relationship building.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Understanding of managed services commercial models and SLA frameworks.
• Deep working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience in executive stakeholder communication during major incidents.
• Experience in multi-country or multi-region operations management.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• ITIL 4 certification (Foundation required-level knowledge; Managing Professional a plus).
• Experience in a managed services or outsourcing provider environment.
• Experience leading an IT service transition or takeover.
• PMP or equivalent project/program management experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese proficiency.
