This role involves managing website usability, collaboration tools, content and document management, search engines, taxonomy/metadata, metrics reporting/analytics, workflow and process automation applications, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in knowledge management, preferably in a global professional services organization.
