As an AWS Full Stack Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the design, coding, and testing of innovative software applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to develop cutting-edge software solutions and drive product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. This role involves combining technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality and delivery speed
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects
• Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
• Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs and project timelines
• Integrating enterprise applications and microservices to enhance system functionality and performance
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to validate seamless user experiences
• Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their evolving software needs
• Leveraging platform engineering and architecture skills to develop scalable and efficient software solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript for software development
• Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture for scalable solutions
• Developing solutions using platforms like Mendix and OutSystems for rapid application development
• Navigating complex client requirements with analytical thinking and business process improvement skills
• Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and client management skills

Design and develop frontend applications using React or Angular with AWS Amplify (supporting Next.js, Nuxt, and TypeScript full-stack development).

• Build scalable backend services using Java, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript on AWS Lambda (including Lambda MicroVMs for stateful workloads).
• Design and implement REST APIs using AWS API Gateway with authentication (Cognito), throttling, and usage plans.
• Design database schemas and integrate with DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora, and ElastiCache.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or GitHub Actions with Amplify git-based workflows.
• Implement application security best practices (Cognito, IAM, KMS encryption, Secrets Manager).
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Configure pull request previews and per-developer sandbox environments using Amplify.
• Provide technical guidance to associate developers.
• Use CloudWatch, X-Ray, and CloudWatch Logs Insights for observability and performance optimization.
