Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and observant AWS & Dynatrace Engineer with ~ 5 years of experience to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS services along with deep, hands-on knowledge of Dynatrace for monitoring and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage applications and infrastructure on AWS cloud platforms
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using Dynatrace
• Analyze system behavior and performance metrics to proactively identify issues
• Implement observability solutions and ensure end-to-end monitoring coverage
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues using Dynatrace insights
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to optimize performance
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and security best practices in AWS environments
• Create dashboards, alerts, and reports for monitoring and business insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Deep expertise in Dynatrace with strong observability and monitoring skills
• Proven experience in application performance monitoring (APM) tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an observant mindset
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure management
• Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred)
