Job Description

Logiscenter by Levata is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to support our infrastructure and development operations during a high-impact project. This is a hands-on contractor role requiring strong technical depth across cloud, automation, and containerization.

Tasks

Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (preferably as an AWS Certified Architect).

Administer Ubuntu/Linux environments and ensure system reliability and performance.

Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD processes using Jenkins and automated pipelines.

Work with AWS Fleets, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.

Collaborate with development teams to support PHP/Magento environments.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python.

(Optional) Provide support for Windows Server and Microsoft Azure environments.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (certification highly preferred).
• Expertise in Linux/Ubuntu system administration
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins
• Mandatory: Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based workflows.
• Experience supporting PHP/Magento platforms.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash and/or Python).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Windows Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Freelance/contractor available for a 6–12 month engagement
• Based in Spain.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
