Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure to support scalable and reliable applications.
- Develop and maintain DevOps processes, automation, and deployment workflows across development and production environments.
- Implement infrastructure and operational automation to improve deployment speed, consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
- Monitor cloud environments and application infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving performance, availability, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with software engineering and other technical teams to improve CI/CD processes and streamline software delivery.
- Support infrastructure configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across AWS environments.
- Apply DevOps best practices around automation, scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and identify opportunities to improve existing processes and infrastructure.
- Where applicable, use programming and scripting skills to develop automation solutions and improve engineering workflows.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or in a closely related cloud/DevOps role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure management.
- Proven understanding of DevOps principles, automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment practices.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and automated cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as NET, Python, or other languages is a strong advantage.
- Automation experience and the ability to develop scripts or tools for operational efficiency are desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a continuous-improvement mindset.
