12+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise software development, cloud-native platforms, Digital Twin solutions, industrial software, or technology leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Python, C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
Experience working with Azure, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and distributed systems.

Establish engineering standards, architecture governance, design principles, and best practices across cross-functional teams.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
Define integration strategies with enterprise systems, operational technologies, industrial platforms, and external data sources.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align technology decisions with business and customer objectives.
Mentor engineering teams and proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
