1. At least 10+ years of AWS Connect, and must have experience in lead team and mentoring. 2. Must have experience in working and implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers. 3. Must have experience in working and implementing AWS connect, Amazon Connect Agent Workspace. 4. Must have experience in Customize Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrate with 3rd party applications and design Agent workflows Guides3. Experience in building conversational interfaces for applications using voice and text leveraging Lex service. 5. Should be capable of writing Cloud formation templates 6. Should have experience in working with Azuredevops Github.
