We are looking for a Cloud Expert to join our Global Business Support team and ensure our platforms remain secure, available, and future-ready.
You will play a central role in managing and optimizing our Azure and AWS environments. Your expertise will directly impact business continuity, security compliance, and the satisfaction of our internal customers across multiple entities.
What You'll Do
- Manage and operate Azure and AWS cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance aligned with ENGIE Group policies.
- Deploy and administer IaaS and PaaS services, including VMs, containers, and serverless architectures, in collaboration with cloud partners.
- Provide Level 1 to 3 operational support on cloud platforms, Windows, and Linux servers, resolving incidents efficiently.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and supervise existing infrastructures with tools such as Grafana and Azure Monitor Agent, identifying and resolving technical issues proactively.
- Advise and support business units during go-to-run processes, sharing deep cloud expertise and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, architecture files, and root cause analyses to ensure traceability and auditability.
What You Bring
- 4 to 10 years of experience in cloud operations with strong expertise in Azure and AWS (IaaS, PaaS, containers, serverless).
- Solid knowledge of AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, RDS, VPC, ECS, and EKS.
- Proficiency in DevOps tooling: Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Bicep, and JIRA.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash, with experience in databases such as PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Mandatory certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum, spoken and written); French B2 is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional team with strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
On-call duty and interventions during non-working hours are required.
