Who we are looking for

🎯 We are looking for an AWS Agentic AI Engineer to build, integrate, test, and operate production-ready agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases. You will work hands-on with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LangGraph or Strands Agents SDK, MCP, A2A, workflow-as-code, CI/CD, and AgentOps, collaborating with solution architects and other engineers to turn requirements into reliable implementations.

🔎 What you bring:

• Including selected capabilities such as Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Evaluations, Observability, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails.
• Including agent workflows, memory, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and human-in-the-loop steps.
• Understanding of common agent collaboration patterns such as supervisor-worker, sequential, parallel, planner, and reviewer flows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code, investigate defects, troubleshoot integrations, and improve application quality, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders in an agile delivery team.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate, or AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional.
• EU work permit is required.

Your future role

• Develop agentic AI applications from refined business and technical requirements.
• Implement agent workflows, prompts, model integrations, memory, RAG, tool calling, security controls, and human-in-the-loop steps.
• .
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and support automated deployment through CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Monitor, evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve agent quality, reliability, latency, security, and cost in collaboration with senior engineers and solution architects.

Typical use cases

• Agent workflows that coordinate specialist agents, enterprise tools, and human approvals.
• Agentic RAG, Talk2Document, and Talk2Data applications with controlled access, grounding, and traceability.
• Business process automation using reusable agent components, event-driven execution, long-running tasks, and secure enterprise integrations.
