We are seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of U.S. Deposits, responsible for setting and executing the national strategy for the Private Bank’s deposit business. This role combines P&L ownership, strategic leadership, and team management, with direct accountability for deposit balances, revenue, and franchise expansion.

  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and business performance management against balance and revenue targets
  • Identify and execute new product development opportunities and strategic initiatives

  • Establish clear roles, accountability, and performance management frameworks
  • Coach and mentor team members, building a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Partner with senior leadership to evolve org structure aligned to business priorities
Pricing, Analytics & Risk Oversight
  • Oversee deposit pricing strategy and governance, including standard and exception pricing frameworks
  • Ensure robust analytics, forecasting, and performance tracking infrastructure
  • Maintain oversight of liquidity, interest rate, and market risk exposures, ensuring alignment with firm limits
  • Leverage competitive intelligence to inform pricing and positioning strategy
Product & Platform Management
  • Define and evolve the deposit product suite, including term deposits, sweep products, and structured solutions
  • Drive enhancements to platform capabilities, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure strong controls, policies, and regulatory compliance across the business
Advisor & Client Engagement
  • Partner with regional leadership, advisors, and bankers to drive deposit adoption and wallet share growth
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key client opportunities, supporting complex or strategic situations
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, including marketing campaigns, advisor education, and client communication
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Legal/Compliance to align on funding strategy, governance, and execution
  • Represent the U.S. deposits business in senior forums and strategic decision-making discussions
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Significant experience in deposits, treasury, banking products, or balance sheet management, ideally within Private Banking or Wealth Management
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex financial businesses
