Job Description

Our Impact

The Private Lending Capital Call Financing (CCF) business provides fund level financing in the form of capital call (subscription) facilities secured by the uncalled capital commitments of a fund’s limited partners. These facilities help sponsors enhance fund performance, accelerate access to capital, reduce capital call frequency, and bridge to asset level leverage throughout a fund’s lifecycle.

CCF is a core component of the Goldman Sachs Private Bank’s alternative asset lending platform, enabling the Firm to deliver financing solutions at both the fund level and the GP investor level for liquidity and cashflow management. Private Lending is part of GS Private Bank, and all CCF professionals are employees of Goldman Sachs Bank USA.

This role sits at the intersection of origination, underwriting, and relationship management, supporting private equity and alternative investment sponsors with bespoke subscription finance solutions. The individual will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, structuring facilities, and ensuring disciplined credit execution in partnership with Credit Risk Management and broader Private Bank stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain borrowing base certificates, cashflow models, and transaction level credit analyses.

Risk Management & Governance

  • Prepare high-quality credit approval materials and ensure accurate documentation of loan structure, risk ratings, and policy exceptions.

  • Monitor covenant compliance, collateral performance, and borrowing base dynamics throughout the life of each facility.

  • Partner closely with Credit Risk Management, Legal, Operations, and GS Bank USA to ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory standards.

  • Support regulatory interactions and portfolio reviews as required.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Foster strong communication across Private Wealth Management, Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, and senior Private Bank leadership.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the CCF platform as the business scales.
