Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.

The United States Swim School Association began as The National Swim School Association (NSSA). It was founded in 1988 to provide a trade association for those who operate swimming schools in the United States. In 2003 the National Swim School Association changed it’s name to the United States Swim School Association. Currently the Association boasts over 400 member schools in 43 states and 17 countries worldwide.
