Awards Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Awards Marketing Manager to support the planning, promotion, and delivery of industry awards programmes from launch through to post-event communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for awards programmes, including email marketing, social media, website content, partnership activity, and promotional campaigns
- Manage and maintain awards platforms and event systems, including setup, category management, automated communications, and reporting
- Monitor entry numbers, campaign performance, audience engagement, and sales activity, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders
- Work closely with editorial, sales, design teams, sponsors, judges, and external partners to support campaign objectives and event success
- Oversee audience data management and segmentation to ensure campaigns are correctly targeted
- Respond to entrant queries ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the awards process
- Support shortlist announcements, ticket sales activity, and post-event communications
- Proofread and coordinate event-related materials including scripts, programme guides, and promotional collateral
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Background in B2B events, media, or awards marketing
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, and CMS platforms
