Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $16.03 - $22.03 Hourly

Overnight Direct Support Professional (Part-Time)- OCEANVIEW area of NORFOLK
Sunday–Tuesday | 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Hope House Foundation is hiring a Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. If you’re dependable, steady, and comfortable working overnight hours, this could be a great fit.
We’re offering a $500 sign-on bonus and paid certifications to support your growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide awake overnight support to ensure safety and well-being
- Complete required documentation and follow overnight routines
- Respond to individual needs as they arise
- Work independently while staying connected to the broader team
Schedule
- Part-time
- Sunday through Tuesday
- 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Pay
$16.03–$22.03 per hour

QualificationsPaid Training:
CPR/First Aid
Medication Aide Training
DBHDS DSP Orientation
Mandt Certification

Requirements:
Lift up to 50lbs.
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Satisfactory Criminal Background Check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
