你將加入 WNC 的資料科學團隊，參與企業級分析平台與生成式 AI + 資料分析應用 的設計與開發。我們期待你不只是把數據轉成圖表，而是能真正理解使用者的問題，透過資料分析與 AI，幫助他們「找出原因、做出判斷、採取行動」。
你的工作將從需求理解 開始，與生產、品質、供應鏈、業務、工程等單位討論分析目標，釐清「為什麼要分析、想回答什麼問題」，並規劃合適的分析方式與功能，而非只交付單一報表。你會參與設計可重複使用的分析模組（趨勢、關聯、預測、分群、異常監控等），讓不同使用者能用一致、可解釋的方式快速完成專業級分析。
同時，你也將投入 生成式 AI（LLM）與資料分析的整合應用，讓使用者透過自然語言就能完成資料探索、分析與結果解讀。AI 不只是理解問題、回答問題，而是能引導需求、補齊條件、選擇合適的資料與分析方法，並將結果轉化為具體建議。
這個角色橫跨資料分析、AI 應用與平台化設計，你將與 IT 工程師合作，將分析成果封裝成 API、服務或自動化流程，真正落地於系統與決策流程中。
