1. Develop, govern, and continuously evolve the enterprise Business Architecture: design and maintain robust capability maps aligned with corporate strategy, establish and enforce architectural standards, and ensure effective governance across the organization.
2. Lead and champion comprehensive process modeling efforts: deeply engage with user-domains to rigorously inventory key processes, meticulously draft initial flows based on current SOP/KM documents, and conduct in-depth interviews and validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Strategically analyze modeling outcomes to proactively identify and prioritize optimization opportunities: rigorously assess business value & rationale, develop compelling business cases, and collaborate closely with digital/technical teams to propose and successfully implement high-impact solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
4. Oversee the management and versioning of all modeling artifacts: maintain precise process maps, capability maps, interview records, and change logs; establish and ensure adherence to best practices for documentation, updating, and accessibility of all artifacts.
5. Drive adoption and cultivate a culture of continuous process improvement: actively engage senior stakeholders, effectively communicate modeling results and benefits, and empower business units to embed process improvements and best practices into their daily operations.
