1. IT資訊機房管理
- 硬體設備巡檢與故障查修、追蹤及排除 (x86 server, HPE/PureStorage/Synology儲存設備、SAN switch)。
- 資訊設備進出管制、機櫃空間配置與更新機櫃配置圖。
- 定期盤點資產與設備資產及線路標識。
- 配合內、外部稽核提供佐證事項。
2. On-premise基礎架構平台管理
- 公司虛擬化平台資源(VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox VE)維護，包含資源審視、需求交付、效能分析與問題排除。
- 根據弱點掃描報告，協同伺服器使用團隊完成修補流程評估與修補。
3. 備存系統與設備維運管理
- Quantum StorNext與磁帶機維運與需求評估、資源交付。
- 每季檢視資源使用水位與效能狀態分析，於遇到資源瓶頸時提交擴充規劃。
4. 應用自動化或AI工具(如Shell Script, Ansible, n8n)降低重複性維運作業。
