About the Role

Position Title: HRCS Business Management

Corporate Title: Vice President/Assistant Vice President

Experience-11-18 years

Location: Bengaluru

PURPOSE
The Business Management, Vice President, plays a critical role liaising across HR Central Services teams and other key stakeholders to foster a holistic, systems approach for optimizing the intersections between people, process, and technology and proactively mitigating operational risk. This position establishes and sustains new global ways of working, including regular collaboration cadences, communication frameworks, and governance routines designed to cultivate consistent engagement, visibility, and operational discipline within constituent groups. The role employs strong relationship building and influence, strategic planning tools, and proven change management methodologies to promote a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and effectiveness.

EDUCATION
•Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience equally preferable

WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience leading change initiatives across geographies, business units, and/or functions in financial services or other highly regulated environments
•Experience working in or exposure to human resources operational organizations
•Demonstrated professional and leadership experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as liaison across HR Central Services teams and provider partners to ensure cross-functional alignment, seamless coordination, risk mitigation, escalation handling, and issue resolution
•Act as a neutral, agnostic facilitator— ensuring balanced representation across stakeholders, advocating for multiple sides, and mediating discussions
•Facilitate team‑level problem‑solving forums to identify issues, brainstorm possible solutions, and co‑create the path forward
•Foster a collaborative, people-centric culture that emphasizes transparency, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes
•Drive cross-functional culture and change initiatives that strengthen employee experience, operational consistency, and organizational cohesion
•Create and maintain process-driven workflows that increase clarity, reduce friction, and improve execution across teams
•Hold teams accountable for delivering on commitments, following through on actions, and maintaining alignment with enterprise goals
•Design and implement integrated change strategies aligned with business transformation goals
•Build and manage stakeholder engagement plans to drive adoption and alignment
•Oversee communications within HRCS that support cohesive change narratives, partnering with GHR Communications and HR Solutions as appropriate
•Build GHR team capability through demonstrations and hands-on training in preparation for system and process change rollouts
•Lead command center and hyper care activities around rollouts, coordinating real‑time issue resolution
•Develop strategies to proactively manage resistance and foster a culture of change

•Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment and sponsorship of change initiatives
•Establish and track KPIs to measure change progress
•Conduct post-implementation reviews and ongoing monitoring to assess effectiveness and foster sustainability
•Oversee risk identification and mitigation planning for change programs

Couple of key points to remember when applying for the role:

1.This is a global role so the resource is expected to work in global time zones (shift allowances will be applicable as per the shift allowance policy)

2.Though they will follow India holidays, they might have to login on those holidays when needed as per the duties(working on holidays policies will be applicable)

3.This is a 3 day WFO set up with no or minimum exceptions (applicable to HR Ops Analysts and HR Ops AVP/VP’s

4.Candidates with language fluency of Spanish, Portuguese, French will be added advantage
