About the role

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and structure casualty insurance programs
• Drive Casualty New business for Mumbai region
• Drive growth in facultative reinsurance solutions across casualty insurance.
• Build trusted client relationships and unlock growth opportunities
• Collaborate across teams—broking, analytics, claims, and engineering—to deliver integrated solutions
• Shape go-to-market strategies leveraging WTW’s global expertise

Requirement

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft-office and well versed with pivot with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
• Innovation and problem-solving skills, ability to develop and propose information insights to clients.
