We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a AVP, Wealth Center Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure day-to-day MAS and internal policy compliance by following required procedures, controls, and service standards.
  • Support the running of wealth centre operations alongside with VP , WCM , helping with resource coordination to maintain business continuity.
  • Help improve operational efficiency by following/optimising workflows, highlighting bottlenecks, and reducing processing errors and losses (e.g., cash discrepancies, processing/FX errors).
  • Make operational decisions within delegated authority and escalate issues promptly where needed.
  • Maintain strong risk & control discipline via accurate record-keeping and adherence to internal controls; support closure of audit/regulatory action items.
  • Deliver consistent service standards, track service performance, and help address customer/service gaps quickly.
  • Support team performance through collaboration, coaching, and on-the-job guidance, contributing to engagement and morale initiatives.
  • Encourage a service-and-sales mindset by identifying customer needs and making responsible referrals to relevant solutions.

To be successful you will need:

  • 3–5 years’ banking experience, ideally in branch operations.
  • Demonstrated people leadership potential (team support, coaching, shift/ops lead), with formal people management preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of controls, compliance, and operational risk in a branch/wealth centre setting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across staff, peers, seniors, and customers.
