About Neolytix
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations — physician groups, specialty practices, and health systems — with global delivery operations across India, the Philippines, and Latin America. We combine deep revenue-cycle expertise with a growing technology platform to help US providers get paid accurately, credentialed quickly, and supported end to end.
The Role
We are hiring an AVP — Service Delivery to lead our global delivery operations from Gurugram. You will own service delivery across revenue cycle management, patient access, and credentialing & enrollment, leading a multi-hundred-person, multi-country organization through an established Manager / Assistant Manager / Team Lead structure. You report to the COO, with direct visibility to the CEO.
This is not a typical large-BPO floor. Our book is a high client count of specialty-diverse provider pods — which demands per-client metric discipline, fast transitions, and leaders who can run many small engines at consistently high quality.
What You Will Do
  • Own delivery outcomes across all service lines and geographies — collections performance, AR and denial metrics, turnaround times, and credentialing cycle times, managed per client pod.
  • Lead and develop a multi-layer management organization; own succession depth, spans, and structure as the business scales.
  • Own retention on a US-shift offshore floor — supervision quality, onboarding, career pathing, and engagement.
  • Own the quality system end to end: audit design, calibration, and corrective-action loops that close.
  • Serve as the senior operational face to US provider clients — business reviews, escalations, recovery plans, and new-client transitions to steady state.
  • Drive automation and platform-enabled workflow improvement in partnership with our technology teams.
  • Run the operating cadence — daily huddles to monthly executive reviews — so issues surface early and resolve at the right level.
What You Bring
Must-Have
  • 14–18 years in US healthcare RCM operations, including 5+ years leading through a management layer.
  • Proven ownership of large multi-tower delivery spans across areas such as AR/denials, posting, patient access, and credentialing & enrollment.
  • Hands-on leadership of delivery operations in more than one offshore geography.
  • End-to-end command of the US revenue cycle — deep enough to challenge your own towers’ numbers.
  • A track record of measurably improving retention on offshore US-shift operations.
  • Direct ownership of quality outcomes — audit design and calibration, not just QA reporting.
  • Executive presence with US provider clients — practice owners and administrators.
  • Gurugram-based, onsite 5 days a week, on a US shift.
Preferred
  • Physician-group / MSO experience with a high client count.
  • Working knowledge of ICD-10 / CPT / HCPCS impact on reimbursement.
  • Exposure to multiple practice-management platforms; Lean / Six Sigma.
