Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

  • Relationship Manager (RM) within the team covering institutional investors
  • Proactively identify and understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored strategies from a suite of comprehensive banking solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, product, and support units, to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Responsible for all credit aspects of the relationship, actively monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, ensuring risk management policies and procedures
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular considerations for the firm’s reputation, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability

Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar role, prior experience covering financial institutions especially institutional investors / non-bank financial institutions will be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing a client portfolio
  • Proficient in financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of the banking industry, market trends, regulatory environment, and financial services landscape, including the products and services offered by banks / other financial institutions.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial analysis tools
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct
