Job Description

Responsibilities

Operational Resilience / Business Continuity Management

  • Support BCM and Operational Resilience activities, including tracking and maintaining business service criticality and impact tolerance assessments.
  • Coordinate scenario testing exercises, including logistics, preparation of materials and documentation.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry best practices relevant to operational resilience.
  • Monitor real-time news, geopolitical events, natural disasters, and technological outages across the APAC region, and assess potential impacts on the bank.
  • Support the ongoing refinement and simplification of recurring processes where applicable.

Administrative & Control Tasks

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of hardware/software provisioning and access management for permanent staff and vendors.
  • Process administrative tasks including invoices and expense-related tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate and send monthly SMS reminders, and perform related reconciliations.
  • Update and maintain mobilization charts following team member movements.
  • Maintain emergency contact information for overseas offices on a regular basis.
  • Conduct monthly ID reviews and half-yearly declarations on shared folders, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain updated lists of BCP Coordinators and manage relevant group email distribution lists.
  • Review assigned administrative and control processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, standardization, and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in operational resilience, business continuity management (BCM), risk management, or similar functions.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory expectations such as MAS BCM Guidelines is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Exposure to coordinating cross-functional teams and involvement in collaborative risk mitigation initiatives is an advantage.
  • Exposure to process improvement or efficiency enhancement is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Project and program management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
