Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent/ professional/ international standard services and technical insurance services to clients i.e. TCC Group, in all aspects involving underwriting, claim, risk management, risk transfer solution, administrative jobs, etc.
2. Manage team members aiming at excellent output and good natural result of employee engagement score.
3. Good networking with insurers, reinsurers, and/ or brokers.
4. Balance both top line and bottom line and to be in line with Companys Policy and Direction.

Requirements

1. Well understand principle of insurance with good technical underwriting skills in property, casualty, and/or special line insurance.
2. Excellent self management and team management
3. Good strategic planning, communication, analytical and problem solving skill
