Job Description
- Lead balance sheet management and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) strategies to optimize profitability, liquidity, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Manage Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), including stress testing, scenario analysis, and behavioral modeling to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop AI-driven predictive analytics to understand customer behavior, enhance CASA acquisition, improve deposit retention, and optimize funding strategies.
- Drive Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), deposit pricing, and profitability analytics to support treasury and balance sheet optimization.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Business, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights, strategic initiatives, and business growth opportunities.
- Build automated MIS, BI dashboards, and executive-level analytics, providing actionable recommendations and risk insights to ALCO and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Treasury, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Balance Sheet Management, IRRBB, Financial Risk Management, or related functions within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet management, liquidity management, interest rate risk, and banking treasury operations.
- Experience in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), financial instrument valuation, and asset-liability management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, predictive modeling, or AI/Machine Learning applications.
- Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income products, derivatives, and treasury-related instruments.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Excellent command of English and Thai communication skills.
