In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will support business objectives by maintaining effective KYC processes, strengthening financial crime controls, managing high-risk customer reviews, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Strong experience in KYC Operations, with a thorough understanding of customer due diligence and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to make sound decisions independently and exercise judgment with minimal guidance.
Experience in Financial Crime Compliance, including oversight of High-Risk Refresh and SRR (Scheduled/Standard Risk Review) Management activities.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior colleagues across KYC, Financial Crime, Coverage, and Relationship Management teams, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of interpreting complex data and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
Demonstrated understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Desirable skills set:
Proven Team Management and leadership experience, including team structuring, coaching, performance management, and motivating teams to achieve ambitious operational targets.
Experience working closely with key stakeholders across Financial Crime, Relationship Management, Compliance, and other business functions.
Ability to influence and contribute effectively to strategic discussions with senior stakeholders across a broad range of business and operational matters.
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, allocate resources effectively, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within KYC and Financial Crime functions.
