Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based IT audit plans aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and the bank's risk management framework.
• Lead and manage audit teams, effectively guiding and mentoring junior auditors.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of IT systems, processes, and controls, utilizing various audit methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Identify and assess IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, and system vulnerabilities.
• Prepare well-documented audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with management and business stakeholders, advocating for and explaining audit findings and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging IT trends, advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the banking industry.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the bank's internal audit methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT audit, preferably within the banking industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience at the manager level and managing team.
• Experience with related industries such as financial services, leading consulting companies and tech public listed companies are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of concepts related to IT audit, information security, general IT controls, application controls, technology risks, or information management.
• Professional certification in IT Audit / Security is considered beneficial.
• Ability to apply the related IT standard and good practices to audit work
• Knowledge in Mobile Application security, Blockchain and Digital Asset would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
