This role formulates product distribution strategies to deliver insurance solutions aligned with the Bank’s value proposition, while managing end‑to‑product development and portfolio oversight. The position ensures robust product governance, while driving market analysis, and training initiatives to support business growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the product development process and existing product portfolio aligned with the product & distribution strategy

  • Be responsible for product governance covering life, GI and MPF, including but not limited to conducting insurer and product due diligence, regular product review and monitor of relevant management intelligence

  • Ensure CPD regulatory compliance, drive training initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, define content, design learning activities, and shape training program formats to meet with business goals

  • Conduct market/product analysis and compile business MI to identify business opportunities and formulate insurance product strategies and business plans

  • Lead the implementation of business tactics, collaboration with various functions and act as subject matter expert in cross functional projects

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility in meeting evolving business needs

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or any related

  • FLMI / LOMA

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance products, preferably with exposure to the bancassurance, project management or insurance training.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication and analytical skills

  • Strong life insurance and/or general insurance product knowledge

  • Work independently & proactively, self-driven, good team players
