We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as AVP, Deposits Product Management — Asia North CG/CPC (Internal Job Title: Product Management Sr Analyst - C12) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:

The Deposits Product Management Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for the development and execution of deposit product plans, strategies, and tactics in coordination with the Deposits Product Lead Analysts. The overall objective of this role is to support the growth of the deposit franchise — driving client acquisition, growing share of wallet, and strengthening Citi's competitive positioning in the Hong Kong affluent and wealth segment.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on deposit product management experience, strong analytical capability, and a client-centric mindset, contributing across the full deposit product suite including CASA, Time Deposits, and associated payment features.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in development and analysis of strategic deposit product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each deposit product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities in the HK deposit landscape
• Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
• Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and collaborate with the product managers in the team in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
• Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps in business plans
• Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience
• Knowledge of balance sheet products, marketing, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong banking regulations

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
