How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to distill complex data into actionable insights that drive sales growth. This means working closely with sales teams to understand their needs, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, and developing data-driven solutions to address them. You'll need to be able to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way. You’ll need to drive use cases from conception to execution. Most importantly, you’ll need to be hungry to see the results of your efforts.
What you do
- Leverage on internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support sales analytics
Who you are
- A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Possess overall 7-8 years’ work experience with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a sales or marketing context
-Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way
- Experience with Python
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders
- Operates with a team‑centric ethos, fostering collaboration and interdependence across the department
